TERMS OF SERVICE

-Prices are quoted in USD or EUR, with both currencies accepted as standard payment options.-Payments can be made via Wise, or by SEPA bank transfer in EUR.-A 50% upfront payment is required before I begin the commission. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the final files are delivered.-Please provide as much information as possible when submitting your commission request, including references, characters, poses, visual direction, and any other relevant details.-The standard turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. Expedited commissions may be available for an additional fee.-The commission includes revisions during the initial sketch stage. Once the final sketch has been approved, only minor adjustments can be made. Major changes requested after this stage may incur an additional fee.-No refunds will be issued once the sketch stage has been completed.
All artwork is 100% human-made. I do not use generative AI, AI-generated assets, AI-generated source material, or AI-assisted image generation at any stage of the process.-Unless otherwise agreed, I reserve the right to display the completed artwork in my portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials. If the project has a specific release date or confidentiality requirement, please let me know in advance.-For commercial projects, commercial usage rights are included when agreed as part of the commission.

PROCESS

Discord: Alejdark#687402 — COMMISSION FORMAfter discussing the project, I will provide a Google Form where you can submit the details, references, and requirements for the commission.03 — INITIAL SKETCHESI will create 3 initial sketch options based on your brief.We can refine the chosen direction through the sketch stage, including multiple rounds of revisions to make sure the composition and overall idea are working before moving forward.04 — FINAL SKETCHOnce the direction is approved, I will develop a more detailed final sketch showing the characters, composition, important elements, and visual details that will be included in the final artwork.At this stage, only minor adjustments are included. Major changes to the approved composition or concept may require an additional fee.05 — FINAL ARTWORKI will proceed with the lineart, colors, lighting, and final rendering.I will share work-in-progress updates throughout the process, especially at important stages, so you can follow the development of the artwork.06 — FINAL APPROVALOnce the artwork is complete, I will send a low-resolution preview for final approval.At this stage, only minor corrections are included. Major changes that require substantial reworking may incur an additional fee.07 — FINAL DELIVERYOnce the remaining 50% payment has been received, I will send the final high-resolution files through Google Drive.Depending on the project, final delivery may include PNG files, layered PSD files, and the required formats for Steam or other platforms.
